Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Integration Engineer for Ship System Design Engineering. In this role, you will review and approve engineering products, generate technical documentation, develop technical data packages that define integrated combat systems configurations for USN ships and facilities, review technical drawings to identify and resolve errors, missing information, corrective actions, and engineering assumptions and conduct Technical Interchanges with community stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of MS Office, and familiarity with AutoCAD
Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:• BS Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology Degree
•Review technical drawings to identify and resolve errors, missing information, corrective actions, and engineering assumptions
• Understanding of configuration management
practices.
• Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:• Ability to switch between projects, and adjust to
changing priorities.
• Availability for infrequent travel and work at other LM sites, customer sites, industrial sites, or test facilities to support customer requests or technical discussions
• Strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD
• Knowledge of USN surface ship combat system
equipment
• Understanding of the AEGIS Combat System equipment's/systems including the Shipbuilders’ role/responsibilities, the role of the major equipment vendors of the AEGIS Combat System
• Strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team
• Strong initiative characteristics and interpersonal
skills, including ability to write detailed reports and
effectively prepare and give presentations.
• Experience interfacing with Naval organizations and
basic knowledge of their functional structure a plus.
• Attention to Detail.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
