Global Production Integrator, you will lead the execution of F-35 projects to establish international and domestic co-production lines. Join a high-performing team that ensures the producibility, quality, and efficiency of the F-35 production processes while overcoming challenges in an ever-evolving global environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGIn this role, you will:
Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering (ME), and other disciplines to support Co-Production.
Manage Risk: Act as the risk owner for specific F-35 production campaigns, identifying and mitigating potential challenges.
Evaluate Proposals: Perform technical evaluations for both non-recurring and recurring program proposals.
Analyze Schedules: Assess and monitor Co-Producer schedules to ensure alignment with production timelines.
Develop Metrics and Tools: Create tools to track Co-Producer performance metrics and support decision-making.
Integrate Operations: Serve as a key integrator between Fort Worth and international Co-Producers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Production Readiness Reviews: Conduct reviews to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Remove Barriers: Identify and address production constraints, escalating issues as needed.
Support Material Flow: Monitor material flow and inventory levels at Co-Producer sites to maintain efficient operations.

• Project planning/management &/or operations execution expertise
Desired Skills:• Considered an expert, authority in discipline.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Experience in an F-35 FACO production environment.
• Experience in Production Operations
• Risk analysis for assembly schedule performance.
• Strong skills in continuous improvement project management
• Familiarity with the F-35 Integrated Corrective Action process.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
