Description:The Director of Integrated Program Operations is responsible for holistic Integration across the F-35 program at executive level. This role is responsible for the program tempo and program metrics that align the program to a common vision through consistent strategic communication, goals, and measures. This role will ensure an integrated approach is utilized to maintain program commitments and customer satisfaction by providing clear program priorities while ensuring alignment with Aeronautics, LMGA and the Corporate office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide overall planning, coordination, and control across the F-35 program
• Lead forums to make, disseminate and administer key program decisions including Strategy flow-down and Program Priority management
• Drive integration of program and customer commitments, mission success milestones, and ensuring program alignment across the F-35 enterprise for full execution and achievement of each commitment
• Trusted advisor to the F-35 General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and other members of the F-35 Executive Leadership Team on matters involving business rhythm and program performance.
• Define and drive utilization of presentation standards and data markings of program information
• Development and maintenance of Management calendars, business rhythm, and F-35 performance dashboard
• Ensure that the Aero Operating Model (AOM) is fully implemented on F-35
• Coordination of joint program meetings with F-35 JPO front office
• Liaison with LMGA and Corporate on Executive and CEO-level meetings and actions, coordinate and provide materials including white papers, presentations, and performance dashboards
• Coordination and tracking of On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance, including DCMA customer communication about OTD Progress and Backlog burndown
• Government property management

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or higher with related experience
• Experience in a leadership capacity in program management, finance & business operations, supply chain or other functional area
• Experience interfacing with executive-level, internal and external customers

• Program Management Certification
• Understanding of F-35 Program Operations
• Demonstrated ability to integrate across diverse teams
• EVMS experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
