As part of the Enterprise Demand Supply Control (EDSC) organization, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of demand and supply processes across production, sustainment, and development lifecycles. What You Will Be DoingAs a Demand Controller (DC) in the EDSC team, your key responsibilities will include:
• Conducting demand simulations to assess the supportability of proposed changes in demand profiles.
• Analyzing, simulating, and modeling data for multiple programs (F-35, IFG, AMMM) simultaneously.
• Evaluating new demand loads, schedule movements/accelerations, and engineering change break-in schedules.
• Utilizing SAP, Rapid Response systems, Tableau, and Business Object data reports for comprehensive analysis.
• Summarizing and communicating findings to stakeholders to support effective business decisions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Driving continuous improvement in demand and supply processes to ensure operational efficiency.

• MRP/ERP or SAP experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Desired Skills:• Understanding of MRP Logic
• Ability to analyze Demand and Supply Line of Balance
• Ability to analyze/interpret data and translate into a meaningful data set for customers
• Experienced communicator across all levels
• Ability to gather relevant information systematically, considering a broad range of issues or factors; grasp complexities and perceive relationships among issues or problems.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
