WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a
Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor, you will:
•
Lead Manufacturing Activities: Supervise a represented workforce to achieve cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
•
Task Assignment: Assign daily tasks to mechanics and oversee execution to ensure timeliness and accuracy of aircraft records.
•
Build Plan Execution: Implement structural assembly and systems installation plans, driving improvements in quality, schedule, and cost.
•
FOD Prevention: Foster a culture focused on preventing Foreign Object Damage and maintaining operational integrity.
•
Employee Certification: Ensure employees performing certification-required tasks are appropriately trained and certified.
•
Workplace Safety: Provide a safe work environment, taking corrective action to address unsafe conditions promptly.
•
Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to core processes and program-specific requirements.
•
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvement actions to optimize manufacturing processes and performance.
•
Talent Development: Proactively enhance technical competencies, talent, and performance within your team.
•
Collaboration: Work closely with Labor Relations and Human Resources to address skill gaps, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive work environment.

• Experience using tools, machines, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment
• Experience business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality)
Desired Skills:• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel)
• Greenbelt Certified.
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing Systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
• Previous development experience.
• Working Knowledge of Crew Plans
• Forecasting manpower
• Excellent communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
