Description:We are Lockheed Martin You will be the Combat Systems (CS) Metrics and Process Senior Manager for the Combat Systems Operations team. Our team is responsible for enabling the Combat Systems directorates to define and implement common processes and metrics.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Manager you will be responsible for leading a centralized Metrics and Process team and coordinating with representatives from each of the directorates to manage the following:
• Standard Software Metrics
• SPAM/SPM Competency
• Standard Process Management
• Start Green, Stay Green
• Technical metrics review business rhythm
• Command media administration
• Driving CARs/iCARs, Root Cause and Corrective Action and other process improvement initiatives to closure
Your responsibilities will also include coordinating and facilitating special projects, strategy discussions and other team events/visits as requested by the VP of Combat Systems.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline from an accredited college/university
• Functional or program engineering experience
• Increasing levels of leadership experience managing diverse work scopes
• Experience interacting with all levels within the organization from individual contributor to executives
• Understanding of metrics, processes and data analytics
Desired Skills:• Strong foundation of all FSL Competencies, especially in Delivering Value (foster dialogue, understand needs, work towards shared commitments, seek and use feedback), Leading through Vision and Values, Leading Change with Agility, Communicating with Positive Impact, and Developing Enduring Relationships.
• Knowledge and experience of Aero Combat Systems engineering organization, and the broader Engineering & Technology organization
• Knowledge of productivity and quality measures for engineering work products
• Strong Software Engineering, SPAM, and SPM background
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Masters degree in technical, business, engineering management or related field
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
