Basic Qualifications:
Experience supporting market development and assessment activities, through cross functional engagements
Expereince determining & understanding potential customer needs, intent, and expectations, as well as applicable USG and international laws and regulations
Experience identifying, developing, and recommending strategies that align to subcontract/buy requirements for compliancy and maintaining subcontract program and/or country portfolios
Shaping subcontract programs, coordinating subcontract scope with procurement teams, supporting subcontract program standup, and collaborating with other functional personnel to ensure successful strategy execution
Coordinating and monitoring GSCM activities during implementation/standup and execution phases of subcontract program, including tracking performance. Building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder and customer relationships
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college, or university in a Supply Chain Management related field
Expereince with decision making processes and prioritization exercises
Experience implementing program analytics, as an in-depth analysis of the current program plans; to include solutions and identification of improvement opportunities and risk reduction
Experience identifying and implementing supplier analytics – and reviewing program needs against industry trends and military markets.
Determining the right source for the needs of the program-
Managing Supplier Performance -and driving return of investment scenarios, benefit projections, risk analysis and financial gains associated with Teaming, and Mentor-Protégée acquisition relationships
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
