Description:Join a dynamic multiple site organization shaping the future Operations Strategy and Technology solutions throughout Aero. This role performs as an Administrative Assistant for a multi-Executive (L7s) organization with the ability to perform normal office functions and variety of administrative duties for the broader leadership team. Duties will include meeting arrangement, calendar support, general office coordination, and supply procurement. The candidate will be required to compile monthly travel approval and spending status reports and analysis. Candidate will be required to support some business traveler arrangement and expense report completion. The individual must possess excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of customer and company personnel across multiple Aero sites. The candidate must be professional, reliable and flexible. The candidate will need experience in prioritizing meetings utilizing various platforms such as teleconferencing/ videoconferencing.
Basic Qualifications:Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, specifically the following;
Microsoft Office Outlook Calendar Management.
Microsoft Excel Skills to manipulate reports and provide actionable data.
Microsoft Powerpoint Skills to create presentations.
Experience in managing emails, calendars and schedules for leaders.
Experience in travel planning and expense reporting.
Desired Skills:Experience in Microsoft Teams and Concur
Experience with large event planning and coordination.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
