Description: You will be the Subcontract Management Staff for our JASSM/LRASM team. Our team is responsible for managing subcontractors and ensuring compliant proposal submittals to the US Government.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Management Staff, you will be responsible for leading proposal efforts and serving as a key interface between Subcontract Managers and other Lockheed Martin departments to drive successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading JASSM/LRASM-related proposal efforts to support compliant submittals to the USG
• Ensuring supplier proposals meet TINA standards for compliance
• Initiating the LM Acquisition process, including soliciting RFPs, consolidating responses, and presenting roll-ups to Program Management
• Researching and evaluating procurement sources to support bid efforts

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance
• Experience in a government proposals
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Experience establishing relationships with suppliers and other SCMs
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
•Ability and willingness to travel to supplier facilities to participate in meetings and to resolve subcontract/program issues on-site, as needed
•Commitment to be on-site a minimum of 2 days a week or more as needed
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
• Strong organization skills and ability to meet tough deadlines
• Experience managing multiple complex subcontracts
• Ability to multitask and report to multiple Program Managers
• Familiarity with LMAPs, SC Navigator, P2P, and SAP
• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / LMAP
• Working knowledge of standard contract types
• Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, statements of work, and equipment within the defense industry
• Experience working on development and EV contracts
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
