What You Will Be Doing
As a Manufacturing Support Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting our production, business, and other processes, collaborating across various functions to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:
• Facilitating self-directed work teams and providing training in core skill areas to teams and peers
• Interacting with internal and external customers to resolve problems, improve processes, and plan products
• Contributing to production planning and control, total quality management, and process reengineering efforts
• Collaborating with manufacturing, equipment, and facilities engineering, material management, and systems teams to drive business outcomes
• Analyzing and improving processes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or up to 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
Communication and teaming skills
Displays leadership traits without direct L coded responsibility
Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
