Description:You will be the Product Development Lead. Our team is responsible for Production Planning, Demand Planning, Master Data, Production support and accountable for creating, managing and reporting on the Operational metrics.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Production Control Production Development and transition to Production Lead, you will be responsible for working within a team of engineers, Program, Finance, Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain Leads supporting emerging technology development production efforts within a major Program LOB (Line of Business). Areas of oversight include but not are not limited to leading the development and execution of the integrated master schedules and manage the Operating System on the programs for new emerging products a complex and deeply integrated supply chain. Position requires the ability to travel (approx. 20%) to other operations and suppliers sites supporting the Missiles and Fire Control Enterprise and Lockheed Martin Corporation.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance; and Interim Secret Clearance is required to start.
• Previous ERP experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Daily interfacing with other functions, such as procurement, engineering and finance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in past roles, projects or assignments
• Strategic thinker with proven lean manufacturing experience and/or training
• Recent transactional experience and knowledge of SAP ERP
Desired Skills:
• Lean 6S Black Belt
• Master’s Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• Knowledge and previous experience in product development and transition to production.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
