What does a successful Director, Sales Academy do at Fiserv?
As the Director, Sales Academy, you will be part of the Enterprise Talent & Development team and at the center of organizational learning and development across Fiserv. You will manage the early career Sales Academy program and ensure program associates and their managers are supported for a variety of programmatic requirements and enjoy problem solving.
You will help lead and deliver unparalleled client satisfaction and help monitor, track and report out to senior leader stakeholders on key program metrics including retention rate, performance tracking, and assessments (during program and post program).
What you will do:
- Expand Sales Academy offerings in alignment with corporate rotational programs.
- Build a consistent scalable pipeline model in partnership with HR and business leaders.
- Collaborate with rotation managers to ensure rigor around performance, engagement and future assignments/rotations.
- Identify efficiencies and process improvement opportunities to increase engagement and accelerate time to productivity.
What you will need to have:
- 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales, HR, Learning & Development.
- 5+ years Program Management experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office, specifically using VLOOKUP functions and creating Pivot tables in Excel.
