Sr Client Manager is responsible for managing large, complex enterprise sized clients that are using Fiserv's gift solutions products and services.
Responsibilities include:
- daily operational management
- working withing CRM and back-office tool management
- relationship management and serving as primary point of contact
- project submission and oversite
- collaborating with many cross functional teams to position, align and deliver on client goals and objectives - product, sales, legal, compliance
- presenting quarterly status of business to client
- provide consultation on Fiserv products and services
Skills and Experience Needed for Success:
- ability work in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- strong presentation skills
- experience working in CRM and back-office management tools
- highly organized, ability to manage many deliverables
- ability to interact with technical teams and strong technical aptitude
- payments or prepaid experience preferred
- experience working with client ecommerce storefronts preferred
Requirements:
- 5+ years in relationship or account management
- 5+ years financial services or related industry experience
