What does a successful Implementation Advisor do at Fiserv?
As an Implementation Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving complex, high-priority client projects and conversions in Mississauga, Ontario. You will collaborate with different departments to manage and deliver custom implementations efficiently. Your expertise will streamline processes, enhance revenue, and improve product efficiency, all while maintaining exceptional client relations and ensuring project milestones are met seamlessly.
What you will do:
- Manage client implementations, projects, and conversions for large/technical custom implementations.
- Drive complex, high-priority implementations and component phases of larger programs.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute project plans, task schedules, and resource activities to ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance revenue, and improve product efficiency.
- Interface with other Fiserv departments to generate and offer appropriate solutions and communicate Fiserv services and products to clients, sales, and vendors.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams responsible for all aspects of an implementation, project, or conversion, from initiation to closure.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies, delivery processes, and implementation management processes.
- Resolve most issues independently and refer only the most complex matters to higher levels.
What you will need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in managing client implementations and conversions.
- 3+ years of experience in driving complex, high-priority projects.
- 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on technical custom implementations.
- 3+ years of experience interfacing with cross-functional, cross-departmental teams.
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent working experience.
What would be great to have:
- Bilingual in French & English, highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- 3+ years of experience in financial services implementations.
- 3+ years of experience in software development project management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
