What does a successful Lending Regulatory Compliance Director do? The Lending Regulatory Compliance Director is a key figure in ensuring the compliance of Fiserv’s lending applications with federal, state, and local lending regulations, as well as internal policies, standards, and guidelines. You will identify and remediate potential compliance issues, partner with the business to provide consultative advice and practical solutions and establish and maintain a strong monitoring and testing program for continuous compliance.
What you will do:
- Ensure that Fiserv lending applications comply with federal, state, and local lending regulations and internal policies.
- Lead efforts to evaluate regulations, perform compliance risk assessments, and direct platform development in response to changing regulations.
- Assist in monitoring and testing efforts to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Partner with business leadership to address client inquiries and provide consultative advice and practical solutions.
What you will need to have:
- 8+ years of lending regulatory compliance or similar experience.
- Relevant knowledge of the laws, regulations, and subjects applicable to consumer lending products and services, such as: Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Unfair Deceptive or Abusive Acts and Practices (UDAAP), Service members Civil Relief Act (SCRA), E-Sign, Privacy, Identity Theft, Marketing, Fair Lending, etc.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence and build consensus across functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree

- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager certification (CRCM) or Juris Doctor (JD).

Salary Range: $129,400.00 - $173,700.00
