Description:You will be the Receiving Inspector for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team in Ocala. Our team is responsible for manufacturing and assembling complex components, including circuit cards, cable and harnesses, and electro-optic assemblies, utilizing state-of-the-art automated equipment to ensure maximum quality and efficiency.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Receiving Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of incoming components, materials, and parts. You will play a critical role in inspecting components, printed wiring boards (PWBs), electrical and mechanical parts, and materials to ensure adherence to contractual and engineering requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Inspecting components, PWBs, electrical and mechanical parts, and materials for accuracy and quality
-Verifying adherence to contractual and engineering requirements
-Utilizing various inspection techniques and equipment, including automated tools

Basic Qualifications:-2 years of experience in JFG 124 while currently active as an Inspector for at least the preceding 6 consecutive months, OR 2 years of equivalent Receiving Inspection experience.
-Experience with and/or knowledge of basic inspection tools including scales, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
-Ability to work from engineering drawings, blueprints, quality inspection procedures, military specifications, inspections plans and other written instructions Solder
-Certified to J-STD-001 or be able to obtain solder certification
-Ability to obtain and maintain XRF (Component finish) certification
-Experience in Microsoft Office -Strong Communication skills (verbal and written)
-Ability to work 1st shift
-This facility requires special access and therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
