Job Summary:
The Warranty Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing warranty claims to ensure accurate processing, cost control, and continuous improvement in product reliability. This role acts as a liaison between manufacturing, quality, engineering, and customer service teams to identify trends, resolve issues, and support warranty-related decision-making
What you will do:
Evaluate, process, and resolve warranty claims in accordance with company policies and customer agreements.
Analyze warranty data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for product or process improvement.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and service teams to investigate high-cost or recurring claims.
Maintain accurate records of claims, adjustments, and resolutions using internal systems (e.g., QRWB, PowerApp, CRM).
Prepare and distribute regular reports on warranty performance, forecasts, and KPIs.
Support internal audits and compliance with warranty-related procedures and controls.
Assist in developing and refining warranty policies and documentation standards.
What you will have:

Collaborating: Basic understanding and knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Working knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Working knowledge of the concepts, principles and techniques of root cause analysis (RCA); ability to use a structured approach to identify the causes of undesirable consequences in a manufacturing environment and the changes needed to prevent recurrences.
Additional Information:
This position is located in Griffin, GA and requires 5 day a week on-site availability.
Domestic travel up to 10%.

Summary Pay Range:
$87,480.00 - $131,280.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
