What does a successful Implementations Analyst do at Fiserv?
As an Implementations Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Clients, Client Services, Technical teams, Production Floor, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to efficiently plan, coordinate, and execute activities related to integration projects that deliver output solutions. You will also ensure that solutions are effectively deployed to meet client needs and optimize business processes.
What you will do:
- Understand existing business process flows, special client requirements, data sources, and processing systems, as well as output format requirements.
- Liaison with Clients and Fiserv Internal teams to understand client needs, provide advice, and implement effective and efficient solutions.
- Assume the role of a Project Manager in addition to Implementation Analyst for smaller, less complex projects.
- Gain understanding of future state solutions and technical specifications.
- Collaborate heavily with Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Account Management teams to deliver the solution.
- Be responsible for client setup and configuration items.
- Solicit and document client detailed requirements, plan internal testing, and assist clients with their testing and deployment plans.
What you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience performing Client IT implementations/ Integration project work as well as documentation and issue resolution.
- 2+ years of experience in performing in-depth analysis and testing on system configurations.
- 2+ years of experience in client IT implementations/integration project work.
- 2+ years of experience delivering on client Waterfall projects during all SDLC phases.
- 2+ years of experience in developing business process flows and technical specifications.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, and/or equivalent military experience.
- 2+ years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies.
