As an Account Supervisor (AS), you will be an integral part of a team leading one of our top retail client’s most beloved home brands You will be charged with introducing clients to the power of building compelling stories, social strategies, and experiences. Clients will look to you for strategic guidance and seamless execution. Internally you will connect the dots across account, strategy, creative and analytics, mentoring junior talent and ensuring teams deliver best-in-class work. Responsibilities: - Serve as the day-to-day client contact, providing strategic counsel across all facets of social and digital marketing.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in social platforms, partnering with strategists to translate best practices into actionable recommendations that align with business objectives.
- Stay fluent in platform products and format, particularly TikTok and Instagram, and guide clients and teams on how to produce content optimized for each strategy and performance and intelligence partners.
- Leverage insights into community behaviors to build advocacy, engagement, and loyalty for the brand.
- Oversee multiple fast-moving projects, managing up and down to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Translate client briefs into integrated digital and social strategies that directly address business challenges and unlock measurable value.
- Build trusted relationships across the client’s organization, effectively navigating approval processes and stakeholder structures.
- Act as the lead across all digital initiatives, ensuring social is seamlessly integrated into broader brand campaigns.
- Bring a growth mindset to the role—cultivating cross-practice relationships, identifying opportunities to expand workstreams, and driving business growth.
Basic Qualifications: - 5–7 years of experience in digital and social marketing; agency account experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium- to large-scale projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated success developing and executing social campaigns across all channels, including TikTok and Instagram
- Committed to mentoring junior team members both within account management and across disciplines (e.g., strategy, creative, analytics) to foster growth, collaboration, and shared expertise.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, paid media/advertising, influencer marketing, and other digital disciplines.
- Skilled at translating insights and performance data into actionable strategies, client-ready recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
- Confident communicator and presenter, with experience articulating campaign goals, objectives, and success metrics to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven strength in building, maintaining, and growing trusted client relationships, with experience navigating complex approval processes and organizational structures.
