Field IT Support Engineer
Iraq Native. 28/28 Rotation. Basra
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reports to IM/IT Lead
- Ensures Project Compliance to Global IT Policies
- Hardware Configuration and Provision (Laptops, Desktops, Engineering Workstations)
- Provide Local Desktop Support
- Expedite Software and Hardware Requests
- Provide Hardware and Software Support
- Reporting, Escalation and Routing of IT Incidents to Global Support Teams
- Provide New Starter IT Induction and Training
- Provide Network Drive Access and Security
- Manage Site Team Project Software Subscription Requirements
- Support MFD Deployment (Printer, Scanner, Copying Facilities)
- Expediting Hardware Procurement Activities and Maintains IT Stock Levels
- Oversees IT Asset Registration and Tracking
- Overall 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a relevant field.
