The Reliability Engineer will report to the Lynn Programs Flight Safety & Reliability Manager and be responsible for contributing to the design and development of products predominately for military customers by working with design and systems engineers and directly with the customer.
Job Description
As the Reliability Engineer, you will:
- Execute reliability analyses for assigned projects to meet business standards, procedures, and the product / program requirements.
- Develop Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) data.
- Develop specialized knowledge in the discipline and serve as resource to colleagues and programs for Reliability guidance.
- Collaborates with others to ensure program Reliability requirements are accomplished.
- Contribute towards strategy and policy development for Reliability at GE Aviation.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and present outcomes to business leaders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering

The base pay range for this position is 157,000 - 190,00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on November 28th, 2025.
