At The Open Box, we’re not your average warehouse—we combine hands-on warehouse operations with online retail energy and live-streaming sales shows. That means we’re looking for team members who are excited to move pallets AND jump in front of the camera to interact with customers during our online shows on platforms like Whatnot.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist in-store customers with top-tier service
- Host and interact with customers on live online auction shows
- Confidently talk on camera and showcase various products and brands
- Operate the cash register and handle retail sales
- Load and unload pallets (some up to 100 lbs)
- Package and prepare online orders
- Track inventory and handle product merchandising
- Use spreadsheets and warehouse tools (we’ll train you!)
- Maintain a clean, professional, and energetic environment
- Communicate clearly with leadership and team members
Who You Are:
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident—especially on camera
- Previous warehouse or retail experience (both is a major plus!)
- Comfortable using simple computer systems and inventory tools
- Fluent or conversational in Spanish (bonus!)
- Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred (we certify in-house!)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts
- Creative, collaborative, and customer-obsessed
- Punctual, dependable, and driven
Pay & Perks:
- Starting at $18.50/hr-$20/hr, based on experience

Schedule:
- Part-Time roles available
- 4–3 shifts per week, 6–8 hours per shift
- Must be available to work weekends
