What you´ll do
- Complete the upload of Foreign Trade Certificate and Feedback Form in the system, demonstrating timeliness and completeness
- Maintain Free Trade Agreement (FTA): Long Term Vendor Declaration (V-LTVD)/ Non-Preferential Country of Origin (NPCO) Declaration
- Engage with systems and tools like MADAME, PIA, HSAI+TRAIDE for worklists and product classification to display timely and accurate results
- Manage email correspondence, Non-Preferential Country of Origin (NPCO) Feedback responses, Trade Compliance and
Classification Management (TCCM) eligibility checks, and follow-ups with precision and analytical skills - Analyze and report on utilization rates efficiently while demonstrating organizational skills
- Assist in Monthly Meeting Facilitation, Act as a minute-taker during meetings, displaying proficiency in process aid tools and desktop procedures
