What you´ll do
- - Prepare print-ready files by following established procedures aligned with printer specifications and brand guidelines. - Utilize Esko plugins and software tools to execute prepress tasks. - Perform color separation, retouching, and proofing to ensure color accuracy. - Review and approve vendor print proofs for production readiness. - Quality gatekeeping for print feasibility and consistency of art by checking design with printer specifications, historical data and print tendencies - Do quality checking, queue management, workflow coordination and admin duties - Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement efforts implemented by the team - Package and release files based on transfer procedure (format, email, DAM, etc) - Maintain archive of current and historical artworks on server. - Manage time and priorities as per schedule - Provide timely feedback and raise concerns and updates on requests to stakeholders - Collaborate with team lead, process experts and designers on huddle and meetings - Ensure timely delivery based on SLA - Release files to internal and external stakeholders
