What you´ll do
- Process orders in SAP and Service Cloud for clients via email for accuracy and timely fulfilment
- Provide comprehensive support to Customers and Sales, Commercial, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams
- Perform administrative support for the process of Customer Service Support and handle Adhesive order entry processes
- Work on tasks as defined by Order to Cash (Asia Pacific) Customer Service Support team where employee is assigned
- Execute daily operations, support business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise
