Since 1972, Cummins Facility Services (CFS)has provided janitorial services, floor/carpet care, and a full range of high quality services that safely and dependably clean, protect, and maintain our customer’s facilities.
We are currently seeking a Part Time Janitor for a mid shift in the Manchester, TN area!
Hours are Monday-Friday 5pm to 9pm 2nd Shift
Essential Job Functions
● Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and
procedures including refilling dispensers.
● Sweep, mop, or vacuum the floors.
● Gather and empty trash including waste baskets and trash containers.
● Wash furniture, walls, and equipment.
● Wash windows and clean blinds.
● Cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures.
● Handle recycling materials.
● Use and maintain assigned power equipment or hand tools of a buffer,
auto scrubber, extractor, high pressure washer.
● Lock and unlock assigned buildings; secure buildings when facilities are
not in use ensuring no unlocked windows or doors.
● Follow instructions; including those of chemicals and supplies.
● Safely operate all vehicles and other job required equipment. ●
Other cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to lift 25lbs consistently with or without accommodations.
- Experience in the cleaning industry or similar field is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check.
