Role Definition
Provides support and guidance on all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing components on first operations.
Responsibilities
• Have meetings with customers and designers to evaluate the feasibility of manufacturing the components and define if the part can be made in house or send to purchase finished.
• Develop capital projects to implement new technologies or replace obsolete machinery with better performance ones.
• Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.
• Monitoring equipment and process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas.
• Analyzing engineering change notices, determines any part or process change, initiates and implements all changes.
• Providing engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.
Degree Requirement
Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or related.
Intermediate to Advanced English-speaking level.

- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes focused on First Operations.
Provides expert guidance, develops best practices, trains on full manufacturing processes, and evaluates and optimizes methodologies and technologies.
Additional Information
- Location for this position is Santa Catarina, MX.
- Work schedule is set Monday to Friday, 6:24am to 5pm.
- Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
- This position may require 10% International and Domestic travel.
