职位职责
1、完成新员工的三级安全教育培训并在试用期结束前通过标准化操作测试并取得认证。
2、严格遵守标准化操作，按照STF流程反馈问题，了解FMEA的基本知识。
3、在装配初级工被提升成装配技术员前达到技能矩阵 3+3
4、严格执行岗位上的PPE穿戴，并遵守各项安全规定，发现安全隐患立即汇报主管。
5、能够快速学习发动机工位装配操作，认真学习SWS，BIQ，RPRT,BIS等一些Lean的知识，能看懂生产的基本图表。
6、严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作。
职位要求
1、正直，良好的沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神。
2、中专或同等及以上学历。
3、具备良好的安全和质量意识。
4、严格执行5S和OPM工作内容。
5、发现问题立即汇报班长。
6、具备自我管理能力和简单的问题判断能力。
7、小组内独立完成3-5 个操作工位.
8、适应倒班和生产加班。
