Be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the Lean deployment across the organization. This position will support facility projects and efforts related to Lean continuous improvement under the guidance of Lean Manager.
Role & Responsibilities：
- Monitor and collect information related to PQVC metrics. To create and support the creation of reports to make metrics visible.
- Projects management with full lifecycle involvement, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination to keep projects on track.
- Proactively identify and assess project risks, provide timely escalation and mitigation actions. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Other Lean communication work and coordination work that assigned by Lean Manager.
- Must be a results-oriented, proficient in data analysis, and familiar with the implementation of Lean methodologies and Lean Tools.
Requirements：
- Efficient in English speaking and writing.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork are essential competencies.
- Willingness to learn and teach.
- Good skills in office software.
- Understanding of organization operations or support processes preferred.
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple items at once.
- Highly motivated, organized, and methodical.
