Overview
Position Summary: The Bilingual Account Manager is responsible for multi-site performance of cleaning services. Has direct responsibility for supervising custodians' staff including training. It is imperative that he/she controls the supply inventory for the site and works with the customer personnel at the site to address and make an action plan for any service issues. The Project Manager must also perform the following duties personally or through other supervisory personnel, overseeing inspections, quality control, scheduling of periodic work, and inventory control of equipment and supplies at the account(s).
Pay: $53,900-90,000
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
