THE WORKLockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems Supplier Quality Excellence is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer. In this role, you will support the Supplier Quality Operations team and the Rotary business by designing and executing a holistic communications strategy, which encompasses partnering with internal IT and external vendors to document and configure the planned Sikorsky Supplier Quality software change. You will be an essential change management leader to deliver and train on the analytical tools that enable seamless collaboration between Lockheed Martin and our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Own and operate change management for a critical software implementation for the Sikorsky supply base
-Generate and execute a communications plan for suppliers, internal stakeholders, and third parties, which is centered around supplier quality system upgrades, changes, and training offerings
-Partner closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to document Apriso development
-Develop and implement tools and reports to support internal team, suppliers, and internal/external customer collaboration
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance supplier quality processes and systems

-Change Management experience related to software implementation
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
-Proven time management, task prioritization, and customer service skills
-Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Understanding of supplier quality processes related to inspection and special processes
-Familiarity with supplier quality requirements and regulations
-Strong work ethic with a drive to continuously improve processes and efficiency

-Proficiency in one or more of the following software platforms: Apriso, Solumina, P2P
-Experience with business ERP systems and troubleshooting
-Developed and administered training to large amounts of users
-Experience with generating and coordinating mass communications to internal and external stakeholders

-Ability to continuously learn to support demands of various customers (internal and external)

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $93,800 - $162,610. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
