Overview
A Janitorial Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in the oversight of multiple facilities operations and maintaining strong client relationships, ranging from property management teams to senior executives. The Assistant Operations Manager will lead a team, conduct building inspections, oversee payroll and safety training, and manage inventory and supplies. Additionally, they will support new business development and ensure compliance with administrative and financial procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Pay: $60,000 - $65,000/annually
