Job Summary
Responsible for managing the organization's data assets and role-based access controls, ensuring data is accurate, secure, and accessible only to authorized users. Oversees data governance, quality, and lifecycle processes, while designing and maintaining RBAC structures to support compliance, security, and informed decision-making. Works closely with business, IT, and security teams to enable reliable analytics and protect critical information.

Core Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key business metrics
- Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and ad hoc analysis to identify insights and opportunities
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and analytical needs
- Define metrics, KPIs, and data definitions to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Support data-driven decision-making across teams and leadership
- Define and enforce data management standards, policies, and procedures
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, including data ownership and stewardship
- Coordinate with IT, analytics, and application teams to resolve data-related issues
- Ensure proper documentation of data sources, data models, and metadata
- Translate business requirements into RBAC roles and permission sets that align with least-privilege principles
- Monitor and resolve access issues
- Ensure data integrity of access assignments and accurate role-to-user mappings.
- Respond to user access requests, troubleshoot access issues, and adjust roles where needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
