Clubs and Activities Assistant Manager shall be responsible for supporting the Manager in all Club and Food and Beverage operations.
The Clubs and Activities Assistant Manager shall
have a 4-year degree from an accredited college or university with a major study in business management in one or more areas of an appropriate field of food and hospitality management or three years of general experience where candidate has demonstrated his/her
knowledge of the goals, principles, methods and techniques of recreation, food, beverage, and entertainment operations and have an understanding of the interests and motivations of individuals and groups equivalent where candidate may have gained by education. In addition, he/she must have 5-years of specialized experience as a NF-4 of NAFI or as a middle manager in a similar or equivalent capacity in civilian commercial business.
