This is a pre-award opportunity located on Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean.
The Contractor shall provide Quality Control personnel whose primary duty and responsibility is to enforce the Contractor’s Quality Management System on this contract. The Quality Control personnel shall be on-site at all times when the Contractor is performing work during the Government's regular working hours. The Quality Control personnel shall report directly to the Quality Manager and shall not report directly to the Project Manager.
Quality Control personnel shall have fulfilled the following pre-requisite
training and experiences before being hired as Quality Control under this
contract.
Quality Control personnel shall meet or exceed the qualifications,
technical knowledge and experience requirements specified for the
personnel performing the work, which they will be inspecting, and have
at least three years of experience in enforcing QMS programs on
contracts of similar size, scope and complexity.
