Job Summary:
Talent Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful learning and development programs that support organizational and professional growth. This role ensures courses and initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and the needs of adult learners.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and manage learning and development programs aligned with business and talent strategies.
- Design learning paths for various levels: entry, mid-level, high-potential talent, and leadership.
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify development needs.
- Partner with business leaders to determine critical capabilities and area-specific requirements.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data and impact metrics.
- Coordinate internal and external facilitators, vendors, and instructional providers.
- Support talent identification processes (e.g., 9-box, talent reviews, high-potential mapping).
- Contribute to the creation of succession plans and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Monitor progress and provide updates to HR Managers and business leaders.
- Support the administration of the performance management cycle.
- Advise leaders and employees on best practices for feedback, coaching, and goal setting.
- Train stakeholders on evaluation tools.
- Develop clear communications for learning programs, manage logistics, and maintain thorough documentation to meet compliance standards.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions that focus on business-driven learning objectives and utilize adult learning principles.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced English.
Skills:
Consulting:
- Effectively explains project requirements, deliverables, associated costs, and other critical aspects to ensure clarity for all parties involved.
- Actively contributes to consulting opportunities by maintaining transparent and open communication with clients throughout the engagement.
- Diligently documents objectives and project scope and executes consulting assignments with professionalism and thoroughness.
Effective Communication:
- Provides constructive, behavior-focused feedback to support learning and development.
- Actively listens to others and adapts communication style in response to feedback, fostering mutual understanding.
- Delivers clear and concise presentations, writes comprehensive reports, and avoids unnecessary jargon. Interprets non-verbal cues to further enhance communication and ensure messages are understood.
Problem Solving
- Identifies and clearly documents issues, along with potential solutions.
- Considers the perspectives of all stakeholders involved in the problem-solving process.
- Develops methods to evaluate the accuracy of information, analyzes risks and benefits of alternative solutions, and utilizes diagnostic tools to uncover root causes of issues.
Instructional Design
- Actively participates in design reviews and pilot training sessions to ensure content quality.
- Selects appropriate delivery methods and technologies tailored to the needs of the audience.
- Aligns the depth of content with the experience levels of learners, defines instructional goals and objectives, and identifies the specific learning needs of target audiences.
Training Delivery:
- Adapt training sessions based on participant feedback to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
- Selects optimal delivery methods for various types of sessions and facilitates training using established lesson plans. Clearly defines and communicates key learning objectives, and documents and reports any challenges encountered during training.
Training Needs Analysis:
- Recommend improvements to the training needs assessment process and evaluate the suitability of training for different organizational levels.
- Utilizes specialized tools to identify performance gaps, defines clear training objectives, and assesses the learning requirements of employees to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Training Solution Development:
- Oversee all phases of the training solution development lifecycle, contributing to the creation of solutions for documented needs.
- Selects appropriate development tools, reviews examples of successful training initiatives, and assists with the evaluation of costs associated with training programs.
Training Technologies:
- Supports the installation, configuration, and maintenance of training software and selects suitable infrastructure to support training processes.
- Leverages technology for the development and delivery of training programs, resolves software and hardware issues as they arise, and maintains e-learning systems to ensure smooth and seamless online training operations.

- Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.

- This position is five-day a week in-office model.
