Support the installation, configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of Active Directory governance and directory management tools, ensuring a secure, stable, and compliant identity platform.

Support core operational processes for Active Directory, including promoting and demoting domain controllers, maintaining Sites and Services, performing routine health checks, and applying patches and upgrades to directory management systems.

Review and update technical and operational documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effective knowledge sharing.

Participate in production support for Sev 1 and Sev 2 incidents, assisting with troubleshooting, remediation, and service restoration in collaboration with senior team members.
Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience

Experience supporting large, multi-forest Active Directory environments

Working knowledge in scripting (PowerShell)

Work Location
This is a hybrid role, Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
