Develop and maintain extensive customer relations with senior-level customer organizations, industry colleagues, and trade associations for timely identification of GDA and IAMD C2 requirements and cross-portfolio synergies.

Advise and coordinate the development and implementation of customer solutions GDIC2, ensuring customer requirements are understood.

Coordinate across Mission Systems to advance collaboration, establish and implement strategies across related/assigned GDA customer organizations to maximize Collins’ opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Leverage inter-personal relationships and customer affinity to shape requirements, acquisition strategy and decision-making processes. Interpret and communicate GDA policies, initiatives, requirements and opportunities to GDIC2 leaders.

Support business unit RTX Lifecycle Program Management activities. Participate in gate reviews, color teams, competitive/market assessments, marketing plans, proposal teams, and strategic planning.

Support related trade shows and professional conferences to help educate customers on Collins Aerospace capabilities, and articulate customer requirements to Collins.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously improving solution offerings and driving innovation within the team.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting best practices and innovative thinking
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

10 years of prior relevant experience working with US Army customers
-
Must have sufficient technical background and certifications to understand customer needs and Collins’ solutions
-
Working knowledge of IAMD doctrine, strategies and programs, platforms, missions, and systems as well as their employment in battlefield situations
-
Recent experience working with relevant DoD IAMD offices and agencies; the ideal candidate would possess insights, experience, qualifications and technical expertise equivalent to Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel or GS-15

Knowledge of the DoD processes for requirements development/approval, developing capability solutions, budgeting, and acquisition
-
~30-40% travel is required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

Familiarity with classified information handling protocols and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret Security Clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

10 years of prior relevant experience working with US Army customers
Qualifications We Prefer:

Previous experience with NORAD/NORTHCOM and/or MDA

Current TS/SCI is preferred

Proven Leadership Experience

Strategic/critical thinking skills, creativity, problem-solving, debate, challenging customer thinking, and fact-based analysis of alternatives are required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required; ability to brief large audiences and senior officials with confidence and poise is required.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
