We're looking for an experienced Vice President of Marketing to join our team. In the role, you will be a senior leadership team member of DataBee, a Comcast Company and exciting new cybersecurity business unit, which sells SaaS and subscription security solutions to large enterprises and the federal government. Currently, two solutions, BluVector and DataBee, both used internally by the Comcast CISO organization, are sold by the business unit. These solutions offer security data fabric, GRC, and advanced threat detection and threat-hunting capabilities geared towards improving CISO’s outcomes in a cost-effective manner.
Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, DataBee, you will be responsible for:
Leading DataBee’s global marketing plan across demand generation, account-based marketing, events, partners, analyst relations, press relations, digital marketing, channel marketing, and thought leadership aligned to APJ/global goals.
Driving development of DataBee, a Comcast Company.
Driving end-to-end demand generation strategies that effectively convert prospects into loyal customers for net new logos and customer expansion.
Working with channel sales to build a partner-sourced pipeline through co-marketing, communication and enablement.
Strengthening brand presence through executive programs, industry events and customer advocacy.
Setting and guiding the direction for brand development of DataBee in the appropriate technical segments, including continuous controls monitoring, security data fabric and agentic AI, as well as assessing if these are the right segments or suggesting new segments as appropriate.
Overseeing the selection and execution of events in line with pipeline generation strategy.
Working closely with product management to ensure technical product marketing is executed in a differentiated, yet clear, fashion.
Setting the overall messaging for advertising and owning the advertising strategy.
Leading the field marketing team and aligning with sales and product teams.
Overseeing analyst relations and press relations strategy.
Driving greater efficiency in our organic marketing efforts by focusing on high-impact keywords and maximizing brand awareness through traditional searches, as well as YouTube and AI recommendations.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):
15-18+ years in field marketing for global B2B SaaS cybersecurity, risk and compliance.
Comfort working across cultures and time zones, with experience managing global teams.
Experience in driving pipeline generation and revenue influence for enterprise-level SaaS solutions.
Deep understanding of the US and Europe’s large enterprise security buyer ecosystem.
Experience in Account Based Marketing, driving high-impact events and running programs for CXOs.
Possessing a data-driven approach with focus on pipeline and ROI.
Understand, and be able to influence, strategy with the major trade analysts.
Experience overseeing impactful advertising projects.
Technical knowledge of governance risk and compliance solutions.
Experience managing and making the most of a small, yet multi-million-dollar, marketing budget.

Knowledge of agentic AI in the security and GRC spaces.
