You will design mechanical components and assemblies with a focus on manufacturability, reliability, and maintainability.

You will prepare, modify, and release CAD (NX) drawings to ensure the fit, form, and function of mechanical designs.

You will evaluate materials and parts for use in new designs.

You will operate within a team environment, working cross-functionally to provide input on design solutions and actively participating in design reviews.

You will perform design studies to validate project proposals and support development activities.

You will conduct engineering calculations to determine the size and strength of components, solving design problems and validating analytical designs.

You will utilize engineering tools such as Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) to validate and optimize design content.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Prior experience in the design of mechanical systems.

Familiarity with the Teamcenter product lifecycle management system.

Experience using the NX modeling software or equivalent.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
