As a JLL Intern, you will tackle meaningful projects that impact our Commercial Real Estate business by collaborating with industry professionals and providing fresh perspectives to innovative teams. Our structured program balances professional development with exciting real-world experience.
JLL is seeking a Capital Markets Intern based in Toronto, ON to support deal execution and market analysis in commercial real estate investment sales. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in capital markets through client outreach, market research, and transaction support.
AS A CAPITAL MARKETS INTERN AT JLL YOU WILL:
- Gather market information and provide support for the brokerage team
- Prepare for pitches and create other marketing tools
- Manage the database of property owners and reaching out to new and potential clients
- Provide market and research support to the Capital Markets group
- Participate in weekly team meetings, internal meetings, and mentor/mentee meetings
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Currently enrolledin post-secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce,Economics,or other related area of study with a curiosity for how businesses operate
- Demonstratesproficiencywith software packages including but not limited to MS Windows and MS Office:MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Adobe Standard
- Strong analytical skills combined with attention to detailand excellent organizational abilities
- Clear and effective communicator who can express ideas confidently both in writing and conversationwith a professional yet personable demeanor
- Naturalself-motivatedproblem-solver with the initiative to find answers and a drive to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative team player who brings enthusiasm, fresh perspectives, and a professional attitude to every project
- Proficiencyin ArgusSoftware is preferred but notrequired
- Experience in the commercial real estate sector is an asset

Estimated Compensation: $20-24/h

Estimated compensation for this position:
12,960.00 – 15,552.00 CAD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
