About this PositionJoin our diverse and multi-talented Nordic HCB Supply Chain Team as our next Demand Planner for Henkel Consumer Brands and get the chance to work with amazing brands such as Schwarzkopf, got2b, Barnängen, Bref, Perlana. By leveraging your strong analytical skills and collaborative mindset, you’ll take ownership of short- and long-term sales forecasting in close partnership with our Sales and Marketing teams. You’ll play a key role in driving the S&OP process, optimizing inventory levels, and improving critical supply chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy and service level.
What you´ll do
- Develop demand plans in a dynamic market with the most accurate sales forecasts, with consideration to historical sales data, and close alignment with Sales and Marketing on business plans, promotional activities, business intelligence, etc.
- Identify potential gaps in the business plan and proactively define and implement countermeasures in order to achieve targets in sales, profitability, inventory, and cost.
- Ensure the right level of stock availability at the right time through close coordination with the Supply planning team.
- Manage co-packing activities for the brand portfolio, taking cost optimization into account.
- Ensure achievement of the relevant KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Service level, Inventory), via regular monitoring/analysis, indicating appropriate actions to meet objectives.
- Manage obsoletes & slow movers by developing corresponding action plans.
- Execute product life-cycle management and new product introductions in close alignment with the Business, proactively minimizing raw and packaging material destruction costs.
- Drive initiatives that allow benefits in process efficiency, complexity reduction, costs and/or sustainability under an entrepreneurial and strategic approach.
