This is a high-leverage, high-visibility role requiring the ability to navigate complex geopolitical landscapes, emerging AI threats, and large-scale infrastructure challenges. You will serve as a lead orchestrator across AI Research, Data Science, Policy, Legal, and Global Operations to ensure LinkedIn remains the most trusted professional platform in the world.
The ideal candidate for this role:

- Excels at navigating complex cross-org dynamics, balancing business, policy, and technical constraints to ensure safety at scale.
- Helps us raise the bar for the Product Management craft at LinkedIn by mentoring senior PMs and fostering a culture of product excellence and member-first thinking.
- This is an opportunity to lead a critical area of Trust, shaping the future of content integrity, anticipating emerging abuse vectors, including synthetic media and other sophisticated attacks.
Core Responsibilities include leading Vision and Strategy, driving strong execution with engineering, Data science, Design and key stakeholders, and ensuring product and operational excellence of the charter at all times.
Qualifications

- Experience working with large scale UGC based platforms
- Background in driving multi-year strategic initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated experience aligning with senior engineering stakeholders in high-stakes, fast-moving product spaces
Preferred Qualifications:
- Domain Expertise: Deep experience in Trust & Safety, Integrity, or Cybersecurity at a global scale (100M+ users).
- AI/ML Fluency: Advanced understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and adversarial machine learning, with the ability to partner deeply with AI Research teams.
