The Product Manager will coordinate and drive integrations between ION Team platforms, partner platforms and all stakeholders to ensure teams meet delivery timelines. At any given time, Product Manager should expect to lead 2-3 major integrations and work with existing integration partners on any enhancement requests. The purpose of this role is to ensure internal and external stakeholder alignment throughout the process to support a seamless UAT, Beta and General Go-To-Market Availability launch.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 - 7 years of experience working with all the various stakeholders listed:
Internal Stakeholder Management:
- Identify key stakeholders, integration scope and engagement model
- Creating and managing forums to define requirements including setting up collaboration spaces, scheduling meetings, agenda, notes, document storage and action item tracking and resolution to ensure mutual understanding of scope and requirements
- Develop a “sixth sense” and have a point of view and plan of action on next challenge the team will need to overcome to meet the integration deliverables
- Responsible for identifying artifacts (ex. Training videos, job aids, trials) and tracking those deliverables to ensure successful launch
- Work in conjunction with other TPMs to drive an agreed upon timeline for unit testing functionality and end-to-end testing activities
Other Stakeholder Management:
Product Manager will need to work to identify stakeholders listed below and create forums, schedule meetings, create agenda, take notes, provide a document storage solution and track action item to resolution to ensure a successful launch of integration. Product Manager will be responsible for an engagement model with stakeholders with the skill sets and deliverables outlined below.
- Subject Matter Experts (SME) : This group of resources assists the technical teams in development decision points. Goal of this external stakeholder engagement is to ensure technical team questions are answered and baked into requirements
- User Acceptance Testing resources: this group of resources assists the technical team with testing parts of the implementation and providing feedback. Goal for this eternal stakeholder engagement is to ensure they are engaged and test the required components. A bonus if you can make this group a promoter of the product you’re building.
- Leads/Influencers: This group of resources is the main group Product Manager will need to keep aligned around timelines of product deliverables and educate on the product they will receive. Product Manager will need to ensure this group is committed to helping the team roll out new functionality Nationally.
- External Integration teams: This team will jointly develop requirements with the ION team and will be responsible for delivering code required to enable integration.
- Internal Sr. Leadership: This group must be informed of how integrations are tracking for the program and any blockers they need to remove. This group requires succinct communication on a weekly basis on program progress and specific and clear asks if their involvement is required to unblock or de-risk the program
- External Sr. Leadership: This group must get involved if alignment around a program that impacts process or resources.
Product Manager Deliverables and Skill Set:
- Meeting prep:
- Define success for every meeting
- Identify questions that need to be answered
- Deck and Presenter Prep
- Create and share agenda
- Identify correct participant list
- Actions from prior meetings that require follow-up
- Meeting Operation:
- Orchestrate a clean and tightly run meeting. A meeting must include:
- Relevant attendees
- Clear communication of goals
- Agenda and prepped speakers
- Notes sent within a day of meeting that:
- Highlight and synthesis of Decisions made / Agreements
- Actions items with action owners and timing to complete
- Links to documents shared
- While many components of this position require tracking work of other team members, this position is solely responsible for:
- Owning timeline and communication for product delivery – if a date is published, it is either met or re-baselined with all stakeholders
- Work with internal team to resolve obstacles
- If obstacle encountered requires clearance or support from Sr. leadership, outline the issue and decision point required succinctly to drive decisions
- Ensuring everyone who needs to be informed about the program is informed
- Keeping all listed stakeholders aligned with objectives and delighted throughout the process
Required Skills:
- 5 - 7 years working with cross‑functional stakeholders including SMEs, UAT teams, leadership, technical teams, and integration partners.
- Experience leading 2–3 major platform integrations simultaneously and managing enhancement cycles.
- Proven ability to lead and align internal and external stakeholder groups throughout integration cycles.
- Skilled in managing delivery timelines, re‑baselining dates when needed, and driving successful UAT, Beta, and Go‑To‑Market launches.
- Expertise in preparing agendas, running efficient meetings, capturing decisions and action items, and ensuring timely follow‑through.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, UAT testers, leadership teams, and integration partners to clarify requirements and remove obstacles.
- Strong communication skills, including translating technical concepts into simple terms and providing concise updates to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated capacity to anticipate risks, identify upcoming challenges, and proactively drive mitigation plans.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast‑moving environments while keeping teams focused on MVP objectives.
