As an Associate Program Manager in the EMEA Disney+ Business Launch Program Management team, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of strategic initiatives across various divisions. Your focus will be on developing efficient, scalable, and flexible launch plans that facilitate successful product rollouts and sustained operations. Project Planning: Assist in developing detailed project plans that define scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and success metrics to ensure clear and achievable objectives.
Communication: Support the implementation of communication, monitoring, and control strategies to facilitatetimely updates on project status, risks, and issues to business stakeholders.
Launch Operations: Contribute to launch management for marketing campaigns, new product features, and global expansion efforts, including coordinating localization, creative assets, and legal reviews.
Risk Management: Identify operational risks, issues, dependencies, and key decision points; escalate concerns promptly to ensure proactive mitigation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools such as Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Miro, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, Airtable, and Smartsheets to support effective project delivery.
