You will drive innovative mechanical design: Oversee the creation, refinement, and validation of robust, reliable mechanical assemblies using 3D CAD (NX), ensuring designs meet performance, manufacturability, and cost objectives.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration: Work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Contracts, to align efforts and deliver on program goals.

You will manage project execution: Track program progress, maintain schedules, gather technical and programmatic updates, and report to management to ensure milestones and business objectives are met.

You will assess risks and opportunities: Identify potential project risks and opportunities, develop recovery plans, and drive proactive solutions to keep programs on track.

You will optimize with advanced tools: Leverage tools like Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) and engineering best practices to validate designs, optimize performance, and ensure program success.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Prior experience in the design of mechanical systems.

Familiarity with the Teamcenter product lifecycle management system.

Experience using the NX modeling software or equivalent.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
