Job Summary and Qualifications
This role will participate in project planning, quality compliance monitoring and all other associated activities. This includes but not limited to data collection, compliance facilitation, analysis and presentation of data. This role functions as an expert clinician, patient advocate, and a leader in staff systems and process improvement of clinical practice. Will focus on improving quality, delivery of care, and patient safety through evidence-based practices. Will apply in-depth knowledge indirectly through interventions with patients, families, physicians and staff through consultation, utilization, performance improvement, regulatory standards, or core measures review and will contribute to staff/management development of focused learning activities. this role will exude attributes of leadership, collaboration, consultation skills, and role modeling service standards within the Mountain Division.
What qualifications you will need:
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Related Field required.
- 3+ years of clinical or healthcare experience.
