Boeing Global Engineering is seeking a Project Management / Engineering Operations Specialist to partner with the Germany Site Director and site leadership to deliver day-to-day business operations and engineering support. This role combines LRBP and capacity forecasting, cross-site process integration, and hands-on project planning and execution to ensure the site meets ET&T KPIs, aligns headcount andutilizationto multi-year plans, and delivers program commitments across multiple platforms and systems.
Job Responsibilities and impact
Own Long Range Business Planning (LRBP) inputs and forecasts: gather and align inputs from BU leads, HR, and Finance; ensure assumptions are transparent, traceable, and actionable
Create andmaintainleadership-ready dashboards, site-level performance metrics, and clear management reports; define, document, and continuously improve project metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decisions

Basic Qualifications (Required skills/experience):
6+years of experience in project management, operations, planning, or program coordination in aerospace, defense, or complex engineering environments
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
Project management certification (PMP, PMI, PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
High dependability, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
