Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division is seeking a Rebuild Specialist to support global aftermarket growth through the development and commercial deployment of rebuild offerings. This role focuses on shaping how rebuild solutions are defined, priced, and executed across the dealer network by combining technical knowledge with commercial experience and field engagement.
The Rebuild Specialist works closely with dealers, sales teams, and internal partners to translate service data into practical, dealerready commercial offerings that improve customer value, profitability, and lifecycle performance.
Analyze dealer work orders, rebuild scopes, parts content, and labor structures to identify rebuild cost drivers and commercial opportunities.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Parts Pricing, and Product Groups to ensure rebuild offerings are commercially viable and fieldready.

Background in dealer service operations, product support, rebuilds, repair options, or aftermarket commercial roles.
