Description:You will be the ELECTRO/MECH REPAIR SPECIALIST for the Industrial Equipment Maintenance Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of numerical‑control and electro‑mechanical systems that power our manufacturing operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the ELECTRO/MECH REPAIR SPECIALIST you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and enhancing complex control and mechanical equipment to keep production running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze malfunctions of numerical‑control and electro‑mechanical equipment and determine root‑cause using schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
- Plan, execute, and document repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance on digital, electronic, and electro‑mechanical systems.
- Implement design updates and new functions by modifying existing control systems.
- Coordinate and mentor maintenance staff, providing training and oversight for assigned tasks.
- Complete required paperwork, manage computer‑based tasks, and support related administrative duties.

Basic Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent
6 years of production machine troubleshooting with digital controllers.
Must pass a Ramsay Corporation Job Skills MAINTEST/ELECTRONTEST.
Desired Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High Speed production equipment repair experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
